These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sol Light platform and services offered by Sol Light ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Description of Services
Sol Light provides a comprehensive business platform designed specifically for coaches, educators, healers, creatives, and service-based entrepreneurs building transformational online businesses. Our services include:
2.1 Platform Services
Unlimited Websites: Build and host multiple websites with custom domains
Sales Funnels & Landing Pages: Create unlimited sales funnels and landing pages
Email Marketing: Unlimited email marketing with automation workflows
Course & Content Hosting: Host unlimited courses, trainings, and digital content
Client Management (CRM): Manage unlimited contacts and client relationships
Community Spaces: Build unlimited membership sites and online communities
Scheduling & Calendars: Unlimited appointment booking and calendar management
E-commerce: Process unlimited transactions with integrated payment systems
Social Media Management: Schedule and auto-post to multiple social platforms
Forms & Contracts: Create unlimited forms, contracts, and legal documents
Workflow Automation: Automate business processes (excluding premium triggers)
2.2 Sol Light Directories
A curated professional network where practitioners can:
Create comprehensive business profiles
Be discovered by ideal clients and collaborators
Access networking and business development opportunities
Participate in cross-promotional activities
Choose from free and premium directory listing options
2.3 Agency Services
Done-for-you business setup and ongoing support including:
Complete website and funnel development
Email sequence creation and automation setup
Brand development and design services
Strategic consulting and business coaching
Technical implementation and training
Ongoing maintenance and optimization
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
3.1 Platform Subscriptions
Sol Light offers various subscription tiers providing access to the features listed in Section 2.1, priced according to the amounts displayed and processed at checkout. All plans include unlimited core features unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Directory Memberships
Free Directory Listing: Basic profile with standard visibility
Premium Directory Listing: Enhanced profile with advanced features and greater visibility
3.3 Agency Service Investment
Agency services are custom-quoted based on scope and requirements, typically ranging from $500-$1,500 for initial setup and $100-$1,500 monthly for ongoing services.
4. Complimentary Usage Credits
As a benefit to Sol Light subscribers, we credit your account with $20 USD monthly. This credit covers up to 10,000 emails and can be applied toward optional add-on services. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month and are non-refundable.
5. Additional Services and Fees
Optional add-on services include:
SMS Marketing: Pay-as-you-go messaging services
Phone System: Inbound/outbound calling features
Email Verification: Enhanced deliverability services at $0.002 per verification
Premium Integrations: Advanced third-party connections
White-Label Mobile App: Custom-branded client apps
You are responsible for maintaining a minimum $10 USD account balance for add-on services. Monthly complimentary credits can offset these costs, but additional usage will be charged to your account wallet.
6. Email Deliverability and Verification
To protect sending reputation and optimize deliverability, Sol Light offers optional email verification services. This feature:
Verifies email addresses before first contact
Re-verifies contacts every 3 months
Charges $0.002 per verification ($10 USD ≈ 5,000 verifications)
Can be enabled or disabled in your account settings
7. Modifications to Services and Terms
Sol Light reserves the right to modify or update our services and these Terms at any time. We will post changes on our website and notify active users of material changes. Your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Term, Termination, and Account Management
8.1 Overall Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use Sol Light services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
8.2 Account Cancellation by User
Cancellation Process:
Submit cancellation requests through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]
Cancellation requests are processed within 72 hours
You maintain access until the end of your current billing period
Data Retention and Deletion:
Upon cancellation, all account data, websites, funnels, courses, contacts, and content will be permanently deleted within 72 hours
Data is not transferable to other platforms
You are solely responsible for backing up critical information before cancellation
Sol Light is not liable for any data loss from voluntary account cancellation
Refund Policy:
No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
Cancel before renewal to avoid future charges
Agency service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
8.3 Account Pause Option
We offer account pausing for up to 3 months at $10 USD monthly, subject to approval:
Platform access is suspended during pause period
Data is securely retained for future reactivation
Certain features like email verification are disabled

8.4 Platform Continuity
Sol Light is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure (HighLevel). In the unlikely event Sol Light ceases operations, active subscribers will have the option to transition accounts directly to the base software provider to prevent service interruption and data loss.
8.5 Account Inactivity
Unpaid Subscriptions: Data held for 90 days; accounts can be reactivated by settling outstanding fees
Data Deletion: After 90 days of inactivity with unpaid subscriptions, accounts and data are permanently deleted
Failed Payments: Accounts are deleted at the end of the billing cycle if payment cannot be processed
9. Directory Terms and Guidelines
9.1 Directory Profile Standards
Directory members must:
Provide accurate, current business information
Use professional, high-quality images and content
Comply with community guidelines and standards
Maintain active, legitimate business operations
9.2 Directory Content Rights
You retain ownership of content you submit to your directory profile
You grant Sol Light license to display, promote, and feature your profile
Sol Light may remove profiles that violate guidelines or terms
9.3 Directory Interactions
Sol Light facilitates connections but is not responsible for business relationships formed through the directory
Members are responsible for their own client contracts and service delivery
Directory access may be revoked for violations of terms or community standards
10. Payment Terms
10.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments through our payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, and NMI.
10.2 Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew according to selected billing cycle (monthly/annually)
Payment receipts are emailed to your account address
You must report billing discrepancies within 14 days of receipt
10.3 Taxes
All fees exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility
Tax rates vary by jurisdiction and customer location
11. Intellectual Property and Content
11.1 Sol Light Intellectual Property
All Sol Light templates, designs, systems, and proprietary content remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use these materials solely within the Sol Light platform for your business purposes.
11.2 Restrictions on Content Use
You are prohibited from:
Redistributing or sharing Sol Light templates outside the platform
Commercial resale of Sol Light materials or content
Creating derivative works from our proprietary templates
Reverse engineering or attempting to replicate our systems
11.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload
You grant Sol Light necessary licenses to provide our services
You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights
12. Account Usage and Portability
12.1 Platform Exclusivity
Your Sol Light subscription includes access to exclusive templates and systems. Due to the proprietary nature of our content, account transfers to other HighLevel agencies are not permitted.
12.2 Competing Agencies
Individuals affiliated with competing HighLevel agencies are prohibited from:
Accessing the Sol Light platform through any means
Using third-party accounts to access our intellectual property
Soliciting or attempting to convert Sol Light users
Any harassment of Sol Light users, employees, or affiliates
13. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Sol Light services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include:
Illegal activities or content
Spam, harassment, or abusive communications
Violating intellectual property rights
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Distributing malware or harmful code
Adult content or services
Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
14. Disclaimers and Warranties
14.1 Service Disclaimer
Sol Light services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
14.2 Business Results
Sol Light provides tools and services but does not guarantee business success, revenue generation, or specific outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, strategy, and market factors beyond our control.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Exclusion of Damages
Sol Light and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Data loss or corruption
Third-party claims or lawsuits
Service interruptions or downtime
15.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the lesser of:
The amount paid for your base subscription during the month the issue occurred
$500 USD
15.3 Claims Process

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sol Light from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms

Your business activities or client relationships

Sol Light is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, cyber attacks, or infrastructure failures.
